Teaching
I have identified six key practices which encapsulate the new consciousness within humanity which is to come. They form the core of my work, teaching groups and individuals. I aim to assist everyone to understand and live the practices in perfect harmony and balance - spirit and matter working as one.

Classes and seminars
I use guided meditation, visualisation, teaching and discussion to explore and resolve soul and karmic issues, often with profound and transformative results for the expansion of your consciousness.

Saturday/Sunday 14-15 March 2009
Workshop in London: "Unmasking the Divine Within".
This class is intended to help you discover the true reality of who you are as soul and spirit, and how to use the truth of who you are in our world today. The work will comprise teaching and discussion, meditation and guided visualisation: it will be profound and visionary, and will have the potential to trigger a major shift both of consciousness and understanding in you. The venue is the Amadeus Centre in Little Venice, London (their website, www.amadeuscentre.co.uk, has a location map and description). The fee for the two days, including light lunch and refreshments, is £205 if you book before 1 December, £225 after that date. Bookings are being taken now. Please contact me for more information.

One-to-one sessions
I offer guidance, wisdom and counselling on practical issues such as work, relationships, money and your spiritual path, to help you understand and live the new philosophy at every level. One-to-one sessions cost £130 for 1 hour. Sessions can be undertaken by phone or in person.

I am happy to travel the UK for corporate or other group work.
