Meditation has been an important part of my life for many years, helping to bring stillness and silence into my world when I need it most. It is not for everyone, and indeed those people who choose to meditate may do it in a very different way from me or anyone else. meditation
Meditation can be done through emptying the mind and sitting quietly, perhaps focusing on the breath or the sounds around you, or putting all your concentration into planting a shrub or ironing sheets so that your mind is clear. It can be more structured using a daily ritual of preparation and routine perhaps using visualisation or mantras, prayers and invocations, listening to music or words, chants or toning. If your intent is good, there is no right or wrong way to meditate.
My interest and belief in the power of meditation permeates my work too, and I have include in the Meditation section of my website some guidance about how to meditate, and I offer too a daily meditation practice that many people find helpful.
Over the years I have created and recorded a number of guided meditations that may assist you to expand your consciousness and connect with Spirit in ways that can be very profound. While they are spoken with my voice, the meditations are channelled always and so quite unique. They are not easy listening, but require or encourage you to explore, see and learn, going to worlds and dimensions far beyond Earth. The experience of doing these meditations is very personal and can result in great shifts, and healing.
You can listen to the meditations through free downloads, CDs and meditation downloads that have a small fee.
