Inlumino Global, headed up by Claire Montanaro, is an organisation dedicated to helping people on their spiritual and human journey through channelling, psychic guidance, teaching (blogs, workshops and on a one-to-one basis) and coaching. Meditations, books and essences are available to buy or download also.
We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, or when you contact us about products and services, or use them, or if you register to receive our newsletters or blogs, or make an appointment, buy from the website Shop or if you choose to have a recording of a guidance session.
The personal information we hold might include your name, address, email address and phone number if given. Payment for products and services may be made through the website using the third party Paypal payment system, and your payment details are never known to us. If you choose to pay using a card directly, by phone mail order, your card details are destroyed as soon as payment has been taken. Optional recordings of guidance sessions are made for your personal use afterwards: they are sent to you after your appointment, by e-mail and the original copy is deleted from our system.

Third Party Product Providers we work in association with: In order to communicate with and support you professionally, efficiently and ethically we use organisations such as Mailchimp (for mailings), Appointy (for the Appointments calendar) and Paypal (for purchases). These specific service providers may change from time to time but their functions will remain unchanged.
We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our supporters and customers. You may choose to have channelling or other guidance sessions recorded and then sent to you to hear later using a Dropbox link or by email. The recording is regarded as totally confidential by us, and is not shared with anyone else – though what you do with it by way of sharing is for you to decide. When you have had time to save and store it onto your own system it is deleted from our systems.
You may decline to have a session recorded at any time.
We keep this Policy under regular review. This Policy was last updated in January 2021
