This day, 21st December 2010, is enormously special. Please remember this, however fleetingly, in the course of your day today.
It is four hundred years since the last such astronomical alignment, when the Sun, Moon and Earth are all in exact alignment in this particular way at the time of the Solstice, and it will be the end of this century before it occurs again. As such it is hugely significant, with implications for us all and far beyond. It is up to you as to how far you use the opportunities it presents for the progression of your soul journey.
Today marks a turning point in your relationship with the cosmic divine, enabling an awakening and a rebirth far greater than ever before in this particular lifetime for you, a claiming of who you be in a way that will resonate throughout the universe and far beyond. This is your chance to commit deeply to your chosen but unknown path with self-acceptance and joy. It is all about giving in and letting go once and for all of the delusion of needing to do, to achieve, to set firm goals, to be like other people. Be yourself and know yourself today, unique, perfect and complete. Do what gives you peace or joy or fulfilment at the deepest level. Practise what is yours for your future, but also your ever-present. Do this today, and it will become your every day.
As the planet is beginning, not just to express herself honestly but to let her feelings be felt in her honesty, so be honest with yourself today and every day: how you feel, what you do and the intent you set will affect every thing.The sun was red this morning as the eclipse occurred at the time of the full moon of the solstice. It was the colour of power, of change, of challenge and achievement. Use the colour in the way that is best for you. This is your day. This is your time. Use it.
