There is a higher meaning, too, to the spiritual Evolution of which I write, one which concerns cosmic order. It is a subject of extraordinary complexity, far beyond our limited human understanding, but while we may not comprehend its enormous implications we may know and take comfort from the certainty that the human race has contributed significantly to what is to come at the highest level of Spirit.
Meanwhile, the signs of Evolution are here in the breaking down of the familiar institutions of religion, politics, press, finance and traditional values: even the climate and our planetary infrastructure are bringing challenge. It is necessary for there to be this sometimes painful falling apart of the status quo, so that we are ready for the new consciousness to which Evolution is leading us.
In the end, that is what it is all about, this Plan of God for Earth – a New Consciousness, or, perhaps, Heaven on Earth – if this is what you choose? For this includes you and, this time, there is no opting out.]]>
