Happy Sheep[/caption]
The weekend weather over the UK was lovely, and as I wandered over the Welsh mountains for an afternoon, sometimes accompanied by sheep, I wondered how many people also out enjoying the early spring would be thinking of the real background to the horsemeat story, which is the story of nature and man's part in it. That is where the real blame lies, but funnily enough, as fingers point wildly in every other direction, no-one seems to want to know.
