The life and role of the elemental kingdom is not always understood nor recognised. It deserves to be.
For the first time a question was asked about it in my recent channelling session with the Master of Light, and His response has given me much food for thought. As happens sometimes, more information has come to me since the session was recorded two days ago - an indication of the importance of the subject and our need to have clarity on it, particularly at this time in the planet's life cycle.
Just as Spirit breathes in each of us as human beings, connecting us, when we are ready, with the divine, so too every aspect of nature has its own spiritual connector. For trees, plants, rocks and earth the connector is an elemental, a nature spirit which is God's representative to guard and assist the smallest blade of grass and the mightiest mountain. Unlike humans, many of whom have chosen to separate themselves from the God-force, the elements of nature which form the mantle of Gaia have never, ever separated and never will, and so elementals have been part of our world since Earth began. They will remain until Earth herself dies, many millions of years from now, and when that happens they will return to the higher realms to re-form and move to a new way and place of working.
An elemental which is the guardian of a tree, for example, will join it when it is a seedling and will assist its nurturing, growth and survival. It will be part of its life force and its spiritual energy just as we one day will be a fusion of human and spiritual energy. When that tree dies, if its body is allowed to rest undisturbed where it has fallen then other trees will come from it and the guardian-elemental will stay, expanding into the new growth or, if there are several young trees, new elementals will arrive to share the task. If the tree is cut down or removed after falling, the elemental which has been a part of it will leave just beforehand to take up new duties elsewhere. The tree will live on come what may.
The elementals like to be recognised by the human race. They know about the interconnectedness of all life on earth, the part nature plays in the maintenance of the equilibrium of the planet. The birds, animals, butterflies and amphibians understand it also - but not many people do. This is where nature has broken down and this is why nature and the elementals are finding their task more difficult than it need be.
Nature is resilient and it will survive, despite our carelessness. If we paid a bit more attention to the world around us and under our feet, if we made the effort to connect with our nature guardians from time to time, it really would make a difference. It might even heal the separation - and wouldn't that be wonderful?
