I was saddened to hear today a report on the aftermath of the BP oil spill last year, saying the impact on wildlife is severe still.
It appears dolphins are being washed ashore, dead and covered in oil, and that there are many similar examples involving other species. All creatures are special but dolphins are exceptional, symbolising as they do creation, life and the feminine energy in ways that are magical. They are the conduit to the Source if we could but see.The sight of them, killed by the misuse of earth’s resources, reminds us of our role as guardians of this beautiful planet and epitomises the polarisation between materialism and spirituality. Again, they are teaching us, even in death.
