Achieving peace of mind and heart is much simpler than it may appear. This state of being is achieved through Being.
Being who we are as soul and spirit is our natural state, and it is the “stuff” of mundane matters, materialism, and emotion which inhibits it - but only when we allow our mental process, the lower, destructive mental process to interfere and to create problems using the challenges of living as its vehicle, or excuse. It does not have to be this way. Life is opportunity.
However busy our lives, if they are lived in our personal truth and with discernment then difficulties drop away quickly and abundance flows. It can take time to reach this state of heaven on earth! Remember, the harder the journey the greater the rewards, and those people who achieve enlightenment often have had the greatest struggles with fear, pain and suffering.
Peace of mind and heart is a state we will all achieve one day, or one lifetime; whenever it is for you, it will be perfect - and it may be sooner than you think.
