Sometimes it feels as if we are groping our way forward on our human journey alone and unsupported, and that no-one can help us except ourselves.
While it is true that we are responsible for what happens in our lives, and that our choices are our learnings, there is more help available to us than, often, we realise. Not only do we have our guides working behind the scenes, but the wonderful world of Spirit wants - within the bounds of those learnings - to make life as easy as possible for us. Messages, signposts and indicators are given to us all the time, but often we do not see them for what they are and pass them by.
More and more I believe there is a deeper meaning in every event and occurrence. The weather, the brightness of a particular star, a passing reference to someone or something that comes up again and again, a chance meeting with someone, a strong dream, an accident, ill-health........if it is of particular importance, you may sense a "eureka" moment like a bell sounding in your ear, telling you to pay attention.
Because these times of change can be challenging as well as hugely significant, the spiritual clues are many and prominent. Help is everywhere. Look, see, notice.
