It will be March 2015 before a total solar eclipse occurs again, and much will have happened to our world in that time as the Planet continues her shift to her new position in the heavens, physically and symbolically. Some events, like an eclipse or a full moon, can be predicted but others cannot and just as, recently, a meteor over the UK took astronomers and scientists by surprise, so there will other cosmic happenings which will be extraordinary, magical and perhaps shocking.
I love it when “experts”, often complacent in their certainty about the past, present and future, are surprised by the inexplicable or unexpected. Just as Earth is turning inside out and upside down, knowledge will change dramatically as revelation after new revelation is given to hint at the true reality of a world which is based on Spirit. It will occur to each of us personally, this roller-coaster expose of truth, as we struggle to find and live as soul and Spirit in a material but increasingly amorphous world.
Rather than be forced into an uncomfortable reaction to inevitability, there is much we can do to prepare for the changes ahead. Having a sense of adventure, perspective and acceptance will help, as also will remembering that we are have chosen to be a part of this transition and that every surprise is a blessing. Predictability is safe but can be boring, and this, indeed, is not a time for boredom.]]>
