It is forgotten often that the cosmic ray that has the strongest influence on Earth is not just bringing about harmony through our struggles, but is the creator of beauty too. The 4th Ray, in this regard, is perfect for our world.
From space, our Planet shines in its loveliness, a blue-green globe which from above shows no trace of the scars inflicted on her through deforestation and concretisation, mining and emissions. Even now, despite over-population and serious environmental destruction, Earth has many places of wonder and peace still.

The Beauty of a Frog[/caption]
I was reminded of this today when the sun shone over mid-Wales, causing the waters of the River Wye, in full spate still, to gleam with a lustre like liquid aquamarine, and the sodden meadows to come to life as crocuses and snowdrops broke through the tired grasses. It was no coincidence that the frogs returned to the ponds this morning, another sort of beauty but just as wonderful, a welcome sign of spring and a reminder of how life is to be celebrated, in all its aspects.
All beauty is about life, and beauty is in all life. The 4th Ray governs the Arts as part of its role, and sublime art not only gives pleasure, but it inspires us to maximise our potential and to realise our soul purpose; it can take us on great spiritual journeys and help us see what greatness can come from being human. The hand of God is in many of the great artistic creations with which our world is blessed, and writers, actors, artists, sculptors, composers and musicians can transcend their human limitation as they work with sensitivity and intuition to enthrall the people they address.

Some of our finest creators of beauty have been forced to overcome the strongest challenges for the sake of their art, and it may be that their struggles have been the inspiration of their greatest works. The 4th Ray can be a hard taskmaster but one that brings the greatest rewards too. As we face our own conflicts, whether through bad weather or financial difficulties, loss or hardship, it can help to look for the beauty that, somewhere, is close to us, and to remember that harmony is the certain outcome.
