The Message of Wesak, for You

I share the esoteric belief that Wesak falls when the Full Moon is in the Sun sign of Taurus, which in 2016 is 22^nd April – so not, this year, in its usual month of May. It is close, and already the energies are building up to the time when the strongest force of Spirit will be present on Earth as the great Enlightened Beings, led by Lord Buddha, return en masse to bless our world and validate all who are in service to the Plan of God. It is an extraordinary time, and you may experience sleeplessness and heightened sensitivities as part of it. It is like the anticipation of Christmas or other significant religious celebration, when there is a different energy within the community in the knowledge and joy of what you know is to come. It is waiting for a homecoming, a reunion, one that happens just once a year, and you want to make the most of it. How wonderful to think that, in just a few days, albeit in another dimension but on Earth nonetheless, you will be making your way to the Himalayas, to a plateau set in the high mountains of Tibet that is the highest point in the world. You go to witness the greatest spiritual ceremony there is, when Meitreya (the Christ) along with all the Master Teachers use ritual movement and chant to call Buddha back to Earth, to receive his blessing and his love in order for them to be passed to all of humanity. Your role is more than bearing witness: you are being asked to recommit to your service and your spiritual faith, to hold steadfast to the light that is yours and to the source of the light, and to be a channel of spiritual force and wisdom for humanity. By being present at the Wesak ceremony, you are pledging yourself to all that is asked of you. Wesak is filled with profound solemnity and significance, but it is a time of joy also as the spiritual clans come together en masse – for all awakened, enlightened souls may attend. You will sit with your clan members, individuals from your soul group whom you have known for ever, and you will meet your Guides and Master there too, and other people you may know. It is a reunion like no other. As I think about what is to come in just a few days, my heart fills with pleasure. I know, however, that this is not a frivolous, imaginary exercise, some magic show created for transitory entertainment, but Wesak is real. I would not miss it for anything, and I will ensure I participate actively and humanly through meditation and visualising, while a part of my soul is in Tibet but always a part of me still. I would love it if you were at Wesak with me.
